Coil Openers (Uncoilers)

With the hydraulic structure, coil openers ensure the full usage of your sheet coils. The possibility of sheet breaks has been minimized via this system.

They synchronize the coil opening speed with the speed of the line via motor-reductor. This machine is designed for heavy industrial applications; Coil press is pneumatic, mandrel open-close is hydraulic, body turn is by mobile electrical motor.


Straightening

For a safe and precision work it is necessary to straighten the sheet; before it enters to switch in longitudinal cut line, to knife in slitting line and to mould in mould lines. It is also necessary to crush the burr for the safety of the mould.

 



Servo Drivers

It is a driving system to ensure the sheets coming from straightening have the correct lengths before further processing in the system. This drive system is designed for heavy industrial applications realized by reductor, motion, pneumatic press rubber or vulcollon coated, equal thread motion roller.
